I am also a parent, musician, and athlete who has balanced senior educational leadership roles with a healthy and vibrant family life. With over 20 years of experience working in schools as a Head, senior leader and teacher, I understand the challenges that leaders, their schools and their staff face. As an educational consultant I use my extensive experience to help school staff and leaders with their rewarding and often complex journeys.
